On Wednesday, the Timișoara City Hall launched Timi, a virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence, which will facilitate the interaction of citizens with the institution. Mayor Dominic Fritz announced that Timi can communicate in any language, being available 24/7 to answer questions and make online appointments.

The application can be accessed on the primariatm.ro website and in the Unique Account, used by over 140,000 Timișoara residents. Timi provides official information, without external opinions, and can take complaints, directing them to the competent departments. For now, the application is in the testing phase, and the mayor emphasizes its usefulness in improving public services.
