Three members of a family from Bacău County are being investigated for tax evasion in the funeral services sector, suspected of having generated income from providing funeral services and constructing funeral monuments without registering them in accounting since 2019.

The Bacău County Police conducted searches at the homes of the suspects in the town of Buhuşi, where they discovered goods, evidence, and large sums of money, including over 26,000 euros and 36,000 lei. These actions are part of a broader investigation to combat tax evasion in this sector.
