Two men stole a pensioner's handbag on the beach in Mamaia and carried out fraudulent transactions with his cards, and were quickly caught by police.

The thieves carried out six fraudulent transactions before being caught by police officers on the same beach. The goods were recovered and the phone was returned to the pensioner.
