The U.S. Embassy in Romania sent a clear message on Friday that the United States is not withdrawing from NATO, citing statements from Secretary of State Marco Rubio. He emphasized that no one should question America's commitment to the Alliance. Rubio explained that the call for NATO member states to become stronger does not represent a threat, but a necessity, considering that the challenges of the 21st century are different from those of the 20th century. He highlighted that to make NATO stronger, it is essential for each member state to strengthen its own capabilities.
