Nuclearelectrica has announced that the development of the SMR project at Doicești complies with all the specific stages of a nuclear project, being validated by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). The project aligns with international standards and has been developed according to the decisions of the shareholders. Preliminary studies have confirmed the geotechnical suitability of the site, and the FEED 1 and FEED 2 stages have been successfully completed, optimizing costs.
