Radu Miruță declared that the Ministry of Economy has officially obtained ownership of a building in Bucharest, where several companies operated without the state collecting rent for 18 years. He emphasized that he will seek to recover the damages and that he will not extend the rental contracts. Miruță mentioned that the court will assist in recovering the damages, and the state will take measures against those responsible, considering that previously extensions of the contracts were signed without the corresponding notifications.
