The Romanian Cycling Federation announced the opening of a training center in San Vito al Tagliamento, Italy, dedicated to the national teams, through the signing of a rental contract. This center, with a capacity of 20 people, will provide Romanian athletes with a competitive environment, modern training facilities, and access to challenging routes.


The location of the center in an area with a rich competitive calendar will allow athletes to constantly participate in high-level competitions, thus contributing to performance improvement. Cătălin Sprinceană, the president of the Federation, emphasized the importance of this project for Romanian cycling, mentioning that it will provide athletes with international training conditions. Officials from Romania and Italy were present at the inauguration, highlighting the fruitful collaboration and the opportunities offered by this center. San Vito al Tagliamento is recognized for its tradition in cycling and quality sports infrastructure, essential for the training of athletes.
