The auction is structured into two lots: the first lot includes portable X-ray Backscatter scanners, estimated at 5.05 million lei, while the second lot consists of fixed low-energy scanners, estimated at 1.65 million lei. The contract falls within the field of defense and security, being subject to special execution conditions, considering the role of the Authority in ensuring national and European security. Access to the auction documentation is restricted to economic operators who meet the security requirements. The deadline for receiving offers is February 23, 2026.
