The "Romania Without Violence" Commission will have 25 members and will operate for one year, with the aim of addressing the issue of domestic violence and gender-based violence. It was established with 222 signatures from all parliamentary groups, being the largest mobilization for a special commission. Alina Gorghiu emphasizes that there will be no taboos and that victims, NGOs, and specialists will be heard.
