Mountain Rescue: 125 calls in 24 hours, 130 people rescued, 39 transported to the hospital

In the last 24 hours, Salvamont Romania received 125 emergency calls, the most being for Salvamont Lupeni (20 calls), Salvamont Sinaia (17), and Salvamont Brașov Municipality (13). Following these interventions, the rescuers managed to save 130 people. Of these, 39 were transported to the hospital by ambulances, and two people were picked up by SMURD helicopters. The rest of the rescued individuals were transported by their relatives' cars. Additionally, 44 calls were received for advice and information about tourist trails in the mountainous area.
