Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Romania has announced the completion of the migration of First Bank customers to its operational infrastructure on November 3, 2025. All First Bank accounts and products have been transferred as planned. Customers, including those who have migrated, can access their accounts via cards, the mobile banking app, or at branches. During the migration, some customers experienced temporary difficulties, such as access to the call center, enrollment in the app, and card activation.

The bank expresses its regret for these inconveniences and has expanded the Call Center team and branch hours to provide additional support. Most technical issues have been resolved, and the bank remains committed to improving services, treating each complaint as an opportunity for learning.
