Following the adoption of a Resolution, the Government has updated the criteria for granting salary increases for personnel managing community funds. Thus, employees with a rating of 'very good' will benefit from a 40% salary increase instead of 50%, while those rated 'good' will receive 20% instead of 25%. Those with ratings of 'satisfactory' or 'unsatisfactory' will not receive salary increases. This modification is in accordance with Law no. 141/2025.
