The Formactiv project supports employers who hire unemployed individuals over 30 years old.

The Formactiv project, implemented by AMOFM Bucharest, provides financial support to employers who hire individuals over the age of 30, registered with the Public Employment Service (SPO), to qualify them through apprenticeship. They will benefit from a monthly subsidy of 2,250 lei/apprentice for the entire duration of the program, which runs from December 24, 2024, to December 23, 2029.

The objective of the project is to increase employment opportunities for unemployed individuals, and employers must enter into an agreement with AMOFM to access these funds. Apprenticeship contracts are individual, and their duration varies depending on the level of qualification. The access procedure includes communicating available job positions, counseling unemployed individuals, and concluding agreements for subsidies. Participants must be registered with SPO and have benefited from information and professional counseling activities.
