The Bucharest Municipality launches the program 'FIV3 – A chance for infertile couples', which will start on November 3, 2025, at 12:00 PM, exclusively online.

The project aims to increase the birth rate in Bucharest, providing financial support of up to 15,000 lei for 2,000 beneficiaries, covering in vitro fertilization treatments. The program will run from June 2025 to December 2026, with a total budget of 30,000,000 lei. To benefit from the assistance, couples or single women must have a valid medical indication and submit the application online. Eligibility conditions include Romanian citizenship, residence in Bucharest, and the age of the female applicant between 20 and 45 years. Additionally, applicants must not have previously received financial support from other similar programs.
