During the period of April 27-28, Bucharest hosted the second edition of the cyber exercise 'Resilient Trident', which was attended by experts from over 40 public and private organizations. Organized under the auspices of the 'Cyber Alliance for Regional Resilience', the exercise aimed to strengthen cooperation between Romania, the Republic of Moldova, and Ukraine. It included technical sessions, Capture the Flag exercises, and high-level panels, with the objective of developing common capabilities in the field of cybersecurity.
Sorin Cîrstea, presidential advisor, emphasized the importance of this trilateral collaboration, which addresses emerging cyber threats. Participants agreed on the need for a united response to cyber challenges, highlighting that cybersecurity resilience cannot be treated as an isolated national responsibility. The exercise was supported by various international institutions and demonstrated the commitment of the involved countries to collaborate in strengthening regional cybersecurity.
