Simina Tănăsescu, the president of the Constitutional Court, stated that on Monday it was not possible to meet the quorum necessary to make a decision regarding the Law on judges' pensions. This situation has led to the establishment of a new deadline for discussions, which will take place on Friday, January 16, at 10:00 AM. The issue of judges' pensions thus remains unresolved, and expectations are focused on the next meeting of the Court.
