Representatives of the Constanța City Hall declared that the sandbags placed on the streets for flood protection are not common goods, but essential resources that must be recovered and reused. There have been reported cases of theft, including in the Km 5 neighborhood, where all the bags have disappeared. Authorities remind that the theft of these bags constitutes a crime and affects the safety of the community. Residents are advised to return the bags taken by mistake and to report the thefts.
