Mayor Stelian Bujduveanu convened the Public Order Commission, which decided to cancel the permit for the protest organized by the New Right Association. This was motivated by the fact that the organizers promoted anti-immigrant messages that violate the legislation regarding public gatherings. The City Hall emphasized that it will not tolerate incitement to hatred and violence, reaffirming the importance of social cohesion. The protest, if it takes place, will be considered illegal.
