The private hospital Armonia in Constanța reacted to the report of the Ministry of Health, which highlighted several irregularities related to the unit's activity. Hospital representatives stated that the reported issues are of an administrative and technical nature and that they are already in the process of being remedied. The hospital has begun optimizing internal procedures according to the ministry's recommendations, ensuring the continuity of medical services for patients.

The report showed that the hospital has been operating since 2009 in a building authorized as a hotel, and the administrators only requested a change of use in 2024. Irregularities were also found, such as inappropriate dimensions of the rooms, an excessive number of beds in the ICU, expired sanitary materials, and the lack of special circuits for access to the ICU. The Control Body established that the sanitary authorization was granted in violation of the current legislation. The hospital reaffirms its commitment to comply with the legislation and to maintain high professional standards.
