According to the updated weather forecasts from the National Meteorological Administration (ANM), temperatures this week will generally be close to normal, with a slight decrease between July 20-27.
During this period, the rainfall regime will be excessive in the southeastern regions, while in the rest of the country, precipitation will be around climatological values.
In the week of July 27 - August 3, temperatures will be slightly above normal in the western half of the country, but below normal in most regions, especially in mountainous areas.
In the last analyzed week, August 3-10, slightly higher thermal values are expected in most regions, with precipitation close to normal.
ANM emphasizes that the rainfall regime will tend to be deficient during the period of July 27 - August 3.
