The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) has issued the forecast for the period of June 29 - July 27, 2026, indicating that temperatures will generally remain above normal values in most parts of the country. In the week of June 29 - July 6, temperatures will be higher, and precipitation will be close to normal.

Between July 6 and 13, a slight increase in temperatures is expected in the western and central regions, but the rainfall regime will be deficient. In the week of July 13 - 20, temperatures will continue to be higher than normal, with deficient precipitation in most regions.

The last week, July 20 - 27, will bring high thermal values, especially in the west, but precipitation will be close to normal. ANM emphasizes that the forecast is based on estimates from the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF) and cannot predict extreme weather phenomena in the short term.
