Quality S.R.L., owned by Radu Budeanu, has purchased G4 Media and other online platforms, consolidating itself as a major player in the Romanian digital press. The transaction, estimated at 4-5 million euros, is subject to analysis by CEISD, which checks investments that may affect public security. Journalists Dan Tăpălagă and Cristian Pantazi, former owners of G4Media, will remain involved ensuring editorial continuity, with a guarantee of independence through an Agreement signed with the new owner.
