The tender for the landscaping of Grozăvești Park Area I has an estimated value of 14.920.090 lei and is being carried out through a simplified procedure, with a deadline for bids on June 2. The financial component will count for 75% of the evaluation and professional experience for 25%. Bidders must demonstrate the realization of at least one similar contract in the last five years, with a cumulative value of at least RON 14,900,000 excluding VAT. The Sector 6 City Council approved the technical documentation for the project in October 2024, with an estimated total investment of RON 24 million.
