Sun Wave Pharma has been found guilty by the Competition Council for pressuring Geltec Private Ltd. to stop supplies to Bleu Pharma SRL, a competitor on the Romanian food supplements market. The authority banned these practices as harmful to business. Bleu Pharma is entitled to seek damages in court under the law on combating unfair competition. The investigation started in 2024 after a referral from Bleu Pharma.
