The subsidiary Premier Energy, indirectly controlled by Czech businessman Jiri Smejc, has acquired 90% of the photovoltaic park project developed by Development Power Solar Energy SRL. The project, located in the commune of Stâlpu, Buzău county, is equipped with an energy storage facility. It is included in the Ministry of Energy's database for receiving EU state subsidies through the PNRR.
