A 12-year-old student from Arad was taken to the hospital after being stabbed by a classmate.

According to IPJ Arad, on Friday, around 11:10 AM, the police were notified about an incident in which a student was injured by a classmate in an educational institution in Vinga, using a sharp object. According to the authorities, no prior conflicts were reported between the two students. The police have initiated investigations to determine the exact circumstances of the incident and to take the necessary legal measures. Additionally, ISU Arad was requested to intervene to provide first aid to the 12-year-old minor. At the scene, the crew discovered multiple wounds on the student's body, and a SMURD helicopter was alerted for his transport. After medical evaluation, the student was transported conscious and cooperative to the 'Louis Țurcanu' Emergency Clinical Hospital for Children in Timișoara.
