The Bucharest Transport Company (STB S.A.) reported a constant decrease in the number of employees, from 10,750 in 2021 to 9,725 in 2025, which represents a contraction of approximately 9.5%. This decrease is particularly concentrated in the operational area, where the number of drivers has dropped from 9,363 to 8,311, that is, by over 1,000 people.
