SRI announces that there is no need to raise the terrorist alert level in Romania

The SRI communicated that, following the analysis of international security developments, there are no reasons to raise the terrorist alert level in Romania, which remains at blue-cautious level. This means that there is no high probability of a terrorist act occurring on national territory, according to available data and external partnerships.

The SRI, through the Anti-Terrorist Brigade, continues to act preventively to combat terrorism, having the role of national authority in the field. Additionally, constant cooperation with partners within the SNPCT and international partners ensures effective coordination in countering terrorist threats.
