A flood in Constanța County led to the rescue of a person on the hood of a car, who was recovered with mild hypothermia. Firefighters also intervened for two other people trapped on the roof of a car. Public transport services have resumed, although delays persist. Gendarmes have built dikes to prevent flooding, and authorities are monitoring the situation on the ground.
