Sorin Graure, with 23 years of extensive refining experience, will become chief operating officer of Rompetrol Rafinare S.A. effective July 8, 2025. Graure previously held senior positions, including general manager and led the Delfin Project, which significantly improved the operations of the Petromidia and Vega refineries. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Ovidius University of Constanta.
