The project aims to improve the energy efficiency of 24 block buildings in Sibiu, with the City Hall signing contracts for all 24 buildings. The works will be carried out by Conart Structuri, KES Business, CON-A Operations and Condesign. The initiative is part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
