The National Meteorological Administration has issued yellow and orange warnings for severe weather, with showers, lightning strikes, and strong winds, valid for various regions until September 1.

Between August 31 and September 1, torrential downpours, storms, and hail are expected in Transylvania, Oltenia, Muntenia, and other areas. The counties of Hunedoara, Alba, Sibiu, Cluj, Sălaj, and Bistrița-Năsăud will experience the most severe conditions, with precipitation that may exceed 60 l/m². The wind will blow with gusts of up to 75 km/h in certain areas.
