The police in Timiș have extended their investigations into a 58-year-old driver involved in a traffic accident on Saturday, in which an ambulance transporting two dialysis patients was affected. The accident occurred on DN6, when the driver collided with the ambulance, which was being driven legally by a 64-year-old man. As a result of the impact, both the driver and the two patients, a 73-year-old woman and a 77-year-old man, were injured and transported to the hospital. Unfortunately, the 73-year-old woman later died in the hospital. Currently, the driver is being investigated for manslaughter and bodily harm due to negligence, according to information provided by the Timiș Police.
