The defensive driving expert Titi Aur explained that the serious accident on DN6, which resulted in seven deaths, could have been caused by a state of unconsciousness or a major distraction of the minibus driver's attention, rather than a classic loss of control. According to him, the overtaking maneuver was not at the limit, as there was enough time to return to the lane, but the vehicle gradually veered to the left, directly towards the truck, without any attempt to avoid it.
Titi Aur emphasized that such situations frequently occur with drivers who have a lot of experience, who, due to overconfidence, can become inattentive because of a conversation, using the phone, or a suddenly occurring medical condition.
