On Wednesday, in Buzău County, a serious road accident occurred at the intersection of DN 1B with DJ 203C, in the locality of Pietroasele, involving a car and a van. As a result of the impact, one person died, and six others were injured and transported to the hospital with various injuries. The Infotrafic Center of the General Inspectorate of the Romanian Police announced that traffic is stopped in both directions, and the resumption of traffic is estimated for 08:00. Authorities continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident.
