A 9-year-old child has died and a 7-year-old child was injured in a road accident in the parking lot of Pantelimon Park in Bucharest. The driver fled the scene.

The accident happened on Sunday evening when a car crashed into the two children. One of the children died despite resuscitation and the other was taken to hospital. Officers are investigating to identify the driver who left the scene.
