Marco Leu, making his circuit debut in his father's Audi R8 GT3 LMS, lost control of the car during the Timisoara Super Rally, colliding with a parked car. The accident injured the co-driver, a 64-year-old man. Marco was tested for alcohol, with negative results. Police opened a criminal file for negligent bodily injury. The rally was temporarily halted and Marco was the first driver to take to the circuit in the demonstration race.
