Emergency room doctors say patients refuse to admit themselves there and ask if they will administer norepinephrine. "They simply refuse admission, right off the bat they ask: am I going to need norepinephrine? No matter what problem they came for, they say: I don't want to stay here, I saw on TV what's going on," said Fiorela Mitoiu, a doctor in the UPU and hospital spokesperson.
