On Wednesday, the mountain rescuers from Neamț intervened to save a 20-year-old young man, unconscious, located in the high area of the Ceahlău Massif, at an altitude of 1,600 m, in the Cusma Dorobanțului area.

The emergency call was received through 112 around 2:30 PM, and the rescue teams acted promptly, mobilizing two teams from the Durău Mountain Rescue Base. The rescue operation lasted approximately four hours, and the young man was subsequently brought down safely and handed over to the doctors from the Neamț County Ambulance Service.
