George Scutaru, security expert and director of the New Strategy Center Romania, warned on Digi24 that Russia could directly provoke Romania in the Black Sea, especially in the country's exclusive economic zone. He explained that after the recent incidents with drones in Europe, Moscow could test NATO's limits again exactly where Romania is most vulnerable.
