The Intercommunity Development Association for Public Transport Bucharest – Ilfov (TPBI) has announced that bus lines 178, 205, and 311 will operate on modified routes every weekend, from April 25 to October 11, 2026, between 09:00 and 22:00. These changes are generated by the project of the Bucharest Municipality 'Open Streets – Bucharest, Urban Promenade', which restricts road traffic on Calea Victoriei and other streets in the area. Line 178 will divert onto Luterană Street and return to its usual route, line 205 will operate on Dacia Boulevard and other streets up to 'Piața Unirii 2', while line 311 will be diverted onto Regina Elisabeta Boulevard and other streets up to the 'Luterană' station. These changes are intended to facilitate the conduct of the event and to improve the experience of pedestrians.
