The ROMATSA accounts would have been blocked on Wednesday following the enforcement procedure initiated by Pfizer against the Romanian state. The Aeronautical Authority and the Ministry of Finance have been informed about the seizure measures, according to Antena 3 CNN sources.

The measure aims to recover over 3.4 billion lei and 18.5 million euros, and the Romanian authorities are trying to obtain a suspension of the enforcement.

The European company EUROCONTROL has notified ROMATSA regarding the establishment of a seizure within the enforcement procedure initiated by Pfizer against the Romanian state.
