Energy Minister Burduja has announced an important victory in court, with the Cluj Court of Appeal dismissing Bankwatch Romania's lawsuit against the Ministry of Energy and other institutions. This decision confirms that the environmental disputes brought by the organizations have no legal basis. The Tuzla gas pipeline project, part of the Neptun Deep initiative, is 98% complete and will make a significant contribution to Romania's energy security, with the official reception scheduled in the next 60 days.
