The Nemesis AI technology, created by the Romanian company OVES Enterprise, is now being used by the United States military to enhance anti-drone systems in the Middle East. It allows for the detection and interception of drones, playing a crucial role in operations conducted by the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) since January 19. The implementation was made possible by a strategic memorandum signed between OVES Enterprise and MSI Defense Solutions, facilitating the integration of artificial intelligence into the Electronic Advanced Ground Launcher System (EAGLS). Nemesis AI processes real-time data from sensors to identify aerial threats, including drones used by Iran-backed forces. The system automates the operations of identification, fixation, and tracking of targets, reducing reaction time.
