Romanian Post introduces Bitcoin deposit terminals in post offices

The national operator of postal services, Poșta Romana, has inaugurated a functional terminal in Post Office 1 in Tulcea, which allows users to deposit cash to fund accounts on the Bitcoin Romania platform. Soon, similar terminals will also be available in post offices in Alexandria, Piatra Neamț, Botoșani and Nădlac. This initiative is part of the company's digital transformation strategy, which also includes issuing NFTs and collaborations with cultural institutions.
