The employees are protesting against the reduction of their salary rights under Law 296/2023, which affects their income. The union has approached the company's management, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance and even Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu, without receiving a concrete response. According to unofficial information, the company's budget includes a 50% cut in the value of meal vouchers and holiday vouchers.
