The agreement signed in Ankara sets out the cooperation between the institutions of the two countries and the procedures for issuing certificates on the applicable legislation, confirmation of insurance periods, submission of applications for benefits and the way they are paid. Minister Simona Bucura-Oprescu emphasized the importance of protecting the rights of Romanian and Turkish workers.
