Romania has provided Ukraine with 23 military aid packages, tailored to its needs and the availability of the Romanian Army, said Defense Minister Ionuț Moșteanu. The details of the aid are secret, according to the CSAT decision, and the estimates of 1.5 billion euros for aid have no realistic basis. Moșteanu emphasized the importance of confidentiality in military strategy and mentioned that the humanitarian and economic aid provided to Ukraine is also significant and ongoing.
