On Thursday morning, a road accident occurred in the locality of Iezer, Botoșani County, involving a bus with 40 students and a minibus. The incident took place on DJ 291, in the commune of Hilișeu-Horia. Firefighters from the Dorohoi Detachment intervened at the scene, bringing a fire truck with a rescue module, a SMURD ambulance, and an ambulance from the Botoșani County Ambulance Service. The firefighters found that there were no trapped individuals, and the driver of the minibus received medical care but refused transport to the hospital. Additionally, the crews ensured the necessary measures to prevent fires.
