On Thursday, at 5:00 PM, people in Tulcea County, especially those in the border area with Ukraine, received a Ro-Alert message warning about the possibility of falling objects from the airspace, in the context of the war in Ukraine. This is the second Ro-Alert message in the last 24 hours, after another similar warning was issued on Wednesday evening at 6:15 PM.

Authorities recommend that Tulcea residents remain calm, seek shelter in basements or civil protection shelters, and in the absence of these, stay indoors, away from windows and exterior walls. The estimated duration of the alert is 90 minutes. Additionally, the Ministry of Defense informed that a drone temporarily entered Romanian airspace, which led to the deployment of two F-16 fighter jets.
